We went to one of our favorite places in Utah, the Zermatt Resort in Midway and enjoyed being lazy by the pool, eating delicious food, going to a movie, spending the night, and then sleeping in until 10:00 the next day. PURE HEAVEN! We got a babysitter for Violet and it was SO weird going out to dinner and actually having it be QUIET. And be able to have a conversation with each other without 100 interruptions. We sure love our little Vi, but it is so nice to hang alone sometimes.
I've known Devan since I was 8 years old. We grew up in the same neighborhood. I remember him hanging out with my older brother and teasing me as a child. So we go way back! We started dating when he returned home from his LDS mission when I was just 18 years old. I was still in high school!! Craziness! I have no regrets though.
2 1/2 years later we were married. And now 8 years later here we are!!
