Happy Birthday.

3 years ago little Vi came into our lives and nothing has been the same since. And I mean that in the best of ways.

I was always reluctant to have kids. Not because I didn't like them, I've ALWAYS liked and loved them. Kids are hilarious. And cute. And SO precious.

I was reluctant because I was afraid. Having a baby would open the doors to loving someone so deeply that it was SCARY.

I put away my selfish fears, and we had Violet. And once again, nothing has or ever will be the same.

This little girl OWNS my heart.



And yes, she wore a pink tutu and green polka dot leg-warmers for her birthday party. That's my girl:)
